With over a decade of experience in security operations, personnel management, fire safety training, emergency preparedness, and SOP development, Benison has built a reputation for delivering structured, high-quality services that enhance safety and operational effectiveness. Prior to founding Eagleton Facility Management, Benison served as Senior Manager – Training at Riteman Protection Force Pvt. Ltd., where he specialized in security personnel development, shift briefings, access control, and emergency response training. A certified Master Trainer (MEPSC), T3, and ToT professional, he is passionate about imparting knowledge and skills to security professionals, strengthening the industry with well-trained personnel.
