LEADERSHIP

Mr. George Yohannan

Director of Eagleton Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.,

An Industry veteran, Mr. George Yohannan, is the Chief Operating Officer across south Indian Region, which oversees businesses in the Workforce Management and Operating Asset Management platforms. He is in charge of the teams that handle the businesses of general staffing and recruitment, digital compliance, training and skill development, logistics, specialty facilities management, and security solutions.

He has more than 35 years of service sector experience in strategy, sales, business development, and planning and operations. Prior to joining Eagleton, he was the Senior CSR at Reliance Communications & at Essar, where he was in charge of process implementation, new business initiatives, and quality control.

Mr. Benison George

Director of Eagleton Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.,

Mr. Benison George is a customer-centric leader with a deep commitment to professional service delivery in the security and facility management industry. As the Director of Eagleton Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., he ensures that every service provided meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and excellence, tailored to the unique needs of each client. His approach is rooted in quality, reliability, and proactive problem-solving, making Eagleton a trusted partner for businesses, institutions, and residential communities.

With over a decade of experience in security operations, personnel management, fire safety training, emergency preparedness, and SOP development, Benison has built a reputation for delivering structured, high-quality services that enhance safety and operational effectiveness. His leadership is driven by a strong focus on client satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every engagement adds tangible value to the client.

Prior to founding Eagleton Facility Management, Benison served as Senior Manager – Training at Riteman Protection Force Pvt. Ltd., where he specialized in security personnel development, shift briefings, access control, and emergency response training. A certified Master Trainer (MEPSC), T3, and ToT professional, he is passionate about imparting knowledge and skills to security professionals, strengthening the industry with well-trained personnel.

Beyond service excellence, Benison strongly believes in taking care of his employees through an inclusive and supportive approach. He ensures that every team member is valued, trained, and given opportunities to grow, fostering a workplace culture based on respect, inclusivity, and professional development. By prioritizing employee well-being, he strengthens the foundation of Eagleton’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Benison holds an MBA in Marketing & Management from Presidency B-School, Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management (BBM) from Kristu Jayanti College. His diverse professional background in corporate training, business development, and customer relationship management gives him a well-rounded perspective on leadership and service excellence.
